Before launching an email campaign, it’s important to know the address to which you’re going to send your magnificent e-mails, isn’t it?
Let’s get started!
How do you do it with Waalaxy?
When you’re on the dashboard, click on “Start a campaign”, then on “Browse sequences”.
Then, in the filters, select “Email Finder”, it saves time. 🕗
Here you have 3 choices: ⬇️
- 1️⃣ You’ve already imported a list of prospects and would like to have their e-mail address.
- 2️⃣ From an auto-import.
- 3️⃣ You import directly via LinkedIn.
For this example, we’ve chosen to find the email address of Community Manager in Montpellier.
Once I’ve imported all the prospects (around 430) in my list using the LinkedIn search, I can launch my Email Finder.

How do I do it with Lusha?
On this tool, you have two ways of finding an email address: 👇🏼

Next, add the “Email” filter to be more precise in your search.
For this example, we’ve chosen the sequence “2 Emails”.
You can name it (this step is optional, but helps avoid getting lost among all your future campaigns). 👀

Step 1: choose your campaign
Clicking on “Create a campaign” will take you to a dashboard full of possibilities, where you can manage them and determine your prospects’ journey. 👀
You have several options at your disposal with different levels:
- “Beginner” sequences : simple sequences to get started (invitation, message, visit, etc.).
- LinkedIn” sequences : sequences including actions on LinkedIn (visit, invitation, message, etc.).
- LinkedIn + Email” sequences : sequences combining LinkedIn actions with the enrichment and/or sending of emails (visit, invitation, email, etc.).
Each sequence is organized in such a way as to enable Waalaxy to support you throughout your selection: ⬇️
- The sequences are sorted by level of difficulty, to avoid embarking on tasks that are too complex from the outset.
- They are also sorted by “Use Case” (promotion, recruitment, networking, affiliation, etc.).
- The number of sequences available for each category is visible at a glance.
Step 2: setting up your campaign
For this example, we’ve opted for the “Invitation + 2 messages” sequence. 😇
You’ll have the option of naming it (this step is optional, but useful to avoid getting lost among your many future campaigns).

💡 You can rename your message template, which automatically adds it to your existing templates, saving you from repeating the same writing.
You have a limit of 8,000 characters, so express yourself freely, but in moderation. 🍾
