Via auto-import

From LinkedIn
You can import your b2b leads lists directly from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator. 📨

How to Export Lead list from Sales Navigator ?
It is not possible to directly export a prospect database from LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Export list from Sales Navigator into Waalaxy.

How do I rename a prospecting database?
You can change the name of your list at any time. Simply go to the list in question and edit its name directly. ✍🏻

To delete a list, simply go to the list you want to delete. Select all, then click “Delete.” ❌

– The prospect will be deleted from the list.
– They will also be removed from ongoing prospecting campaigns.- Their history will be lost.
– This action cannot be undone.
How do I remove a prospect from a list?
To delete a prospect, simply select them in your prospecting file (table), then click the delete option. 🗑️ Think carefully, as this has the same consequences as deleting a list.

How do I change the view of my prospect database ?
With the new version, your list of targeted prospects is a customizable table that you can adapt to your needs. 😎
➡️ You can:
- Show or hide columns using the ““” button.

- Reorder columns using drag-and-drop.
- Resize columns by dragging them or double-clicking.
- Add new visible data fields (country, gender, import date).

Your configuration is saved automatically, so you’ll see the same view every time you log in to Waalaxy; however, you cannot customize it for each list.
Can I change the display order of the lists?
Yes, you can organize the display of your prospect list based on several criteria 👇🏻:
- Recently created lists.
- Alphabetical order (A → Z).
- Recently used lists.

How to use Lead Tagging for Prospect Lists ?
Tags are labels that let you easily organize and segment your leads.
For example, you can use color coding to identify which prospects have responded, which ones aren’t interested, and which ones need a follow-up… 🎨
